Painting I started painting to disconnect from my corporate job. I find so much healing and joy from creating. When we create, we are closest to our childlike self, the Divine self. SHOP and explore my current BodyofLite collection of both Originals and prints.
Jewelry I am a crystal lover and found myself buying lots and lots. So many in fact that I started to make jewelry (necklace pendants) with the smaller ones as another form of therapy and creative distraction from the world. Bringing certain frequencies and Lite (crystals) help hold space during times when we are out of balance. I found that everywhere I went, people commented and wanted to know where I got my necklace. AO Body Scan The last 20 years; I have been on a quest to get well. Every Dr. I went to prescribed medicine that never agreed with me and in fact, made me worse. I have studied multiple modalities and have Certifications in Reiki I & II, I am a Yin yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher, and I have my certificate in herbal medicine studies. Who we are

I have worked a corporate job my entire life. While I did very well, it never brought peace to my soul. I struggled with asthma, allergies, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune issues. I was not getting any relief from Western medicine, so I took it upon myself to search for answers and listen to the Divine Healer within. We all have one.

This led me to yoga and Reiki, in addition to making it a part time job studying herbs, tea, and alternatives to become whole. I believe health is true wealth. The process was not easy, it was downright brutal at times, but I stuck with it and can honestly say I do not take any Western medicine, and my ailments are minimal to gone.

Every year digging one step deeper into understanding my body, I became certified in Reiki, Soul Trama Healing, EMF balancing, AO Scan, yoga, and herbs intro. I make tinctures and teas; I meditate and pray and I am healed from all things through God. I want to guide you to become your own divine healer and health advocate. because nobody knows you better than yourself.
